At Svelté, each order is carefully prepared with intention and attention to detail.
- Standard processing time: 2–3 business days
- During busy periods (launches, restocks, holidays): 5–7 business days
Once your order has been processed and packaged, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with full tracking details.
SHIPPING & TRANSIT INFORMATION
Please note that shipping times begin after your order has been processed.
UK SHIPPING
- 1–2 business days
- All UK parcels are sent via Royal Mail tracked 24 hour service.
USA SHIPPING
- 2–3 business days (DHL Express)
CANADA SHIPPING
- DHL Express: typically 3–5 business days(Transit times may vary by province.)
ROW SHIPPING
- DHL Express: generally 3–7 business days
- Exact delivery times may differ depending on location
CUSTOMS, CLEARANCE & DELAYS
We work with premium couriers to ensure fast and secure global delivery. However:
- Customs procedures can occasionally extend transit times.
- These delays are outside of our control, and Svelté cannot be held liable for any impact this may cause.
If there is an issue with delivery such as a delay, missing parcel or mis-scan it must be reported to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Reports made after 7 days can no longer be investigated or compensated by Svelté or the courier.
USA DUTIES, TAXES & FEES
All orders are shipped free of any additional duties, taxes and tariffs on delivery.
Your parcel will arrive with no extra charges required.
REST OF THE WORLD TAXES & DUTIES
As the receiving customer, you are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, or local taxes applied by your destination country. Our shipping fees do not include these costs. Should your order require additional payments upon arrival, these must be settled in order for customs to release your parcel for delivery.
If an order is returned to us due to unpaid or refused customs fees or duties, the full amount of these charges, along with the return shipping costs, will be deducted from your refund or issued store credit. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
