Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.
Packaging: Return items in original packaging.

Items Not Eligible for Return
Final Sale Items: Marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
Personalized Items: Customized items are non-returnable.
Hygiene Products: Underwear, swimwear (if hygiene strip is removed)
Used or Damaged Items: Worn, washed, or altered items are not eligible.

How to Return

2. Prepare Your Package: Pack items securely.
3. Ship Your Return: Drop it off at any post office or courier.

Refunds
Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
Refund Method: To the original payment method.
Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
For a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.

Defective or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 7 days if you receive a defective or incorrect item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

International Returns
Customers are responsible for international return shipping and any customs fees.
