Shipping policy

Each order takes around 2-3 days to process and package. (Please note we do not ship on Sundays) Shipping times may vary over busy periods and bank holidays.

UK Delivery
ROYAL MAIL special delivery - Delivery by the next working day - £9.00

USA Delivery 
DHL Express - Delivery within 2-4 working days - £20

Europe Delivery 
DHL Express - Delivery within 1-3 working days - £15

REST OF WORLD
DHL Worldwide Express - Delivery within 2-6 working days - £25

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s progress on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

- We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Please check our Shipping Policy page for a list of countries we ship to.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

- For international orders, customs, duties, and taxes are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are determined by your local customs authority.  
- We recommend checking with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to completing your purchase.

Lost or Stolen Packages

- Svelté is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. If you need further assistance, our customer service team is here to help.

We aim to meet our stated delivery times; however, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, customs delays).
